Fujian Changle Tianyang Knitting Co., Ltd. has long treated skilled production staff as an important part of stable textile manufacturing. In the 2019 Fujian Provincial Textile Industry Weaver (Knitwear) Vocational Skills Competition, company employee Xu Tingting received recognition in the final round, reflecting the practical training and process discipline behind the company’s warp knitted fabric production.
The final was held on December 7, 2019 at Fujian Jilong Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. The event was organized by the Fujian textile industry bodies and supported by local trade union and industry organizations. More than 20 contestants from 10 textile enterprises entered the final stage.
Unlike a general exhibition or ceremony, this competition focused on the hands-on ability of front-line textile operators. The assessment covered theoretical knowledge as well as practical operations such as yarn joining, incorrect yarn replacement and yarn threading. These are small details in daily production, but they directly affect fabric consistency, machine efficiency and finished material quality.

For overseas apparel brands, garment manufacturers, importers and textile sourcing teams, the skill level of production workers is closely connected with reliable delivery. Experienced operators can identify yarn and process issues earlier, reduce avoidable defects and support more stable fabric development from sampling to bulk production.

Changle Tianyang will continue to strengthen staff training, equipment operation standards and quality awareness across its textile manufacturing workflow. The company sees skilled workers as a core part of its ability to provide custom textile materials, mesh fabrics, apparel fabrics and functional fabric solutions for international customers.
