This nylon spandex power net stretch fabric, our article number FTT30075, is warp-knitted using 88% polyamide (nylon) and 12% elastane (spandex) fibers on European Raschel machines.
4-Way Stretch & Firm Compression Performance
At 150 GSM, FTT30075 is a medium-weight powernet designed to offer excellent control and body-shaping support. It is engineered to be firmer and more robust than lighter mesh alternatives (such as FTT30101):
- High-Performance 4-Way Stretch: Woven with 12% spandex, this fabric stretches comfortably in both lengthwise and crosswise directions, contouring to the body's natural shape while offering reliable elastic recovery.
- Sturdy Raschel Construction: Produced on advanced 4-bar Raschel knitting machines, the lock-loop structure features tiny, regular holes. It provides a highly durable construction that will not run, tear, or lose its shape under compression tension.
- Skin-Friendly & Smooth Touch: The high nylon content creates a silky-smooth surface that feels comfortable against the skin, preventing chafing and irritation when used in intimate apparel and shapewear.
- Breathable Moisture Release: The mesh structure allows body heat and moisture to escape, keeping the wearer cool and dry even under high-compression girdles or corsets.
With a 160 cm width, the fabric maximizes yield during the cutting process for bra bands, swimwear liners, and panel inserts.
