Warp-knit substrate for custom coating and lamination programs

The knit base structure determines post-coating flexibility, seam behavior, and field durability. Tricot and mesh substrates perform differently once coated; the substrate direction should be confirmed at the requirements stage.

Common product fit

The current featured substrate direction is polyester-spandex tricot, suitable for bean-bag shells and beach tent programs. Other warp-knit substrates for coating or lamination programs are available on request.
