Sportswear fabric usually splits into four jobs

Sportswear fabrics from the Changle mill range from 140 GSM quick-dry polyester mini mesh (Item HS2109) for training tops to 200 GSM moisture-wicking polyester mesh (Item HS006) for heavier performance tops. Print-led activewear programs can be developed on 95% polyester / 5% spandex sublimation-ready jersey, width 170–180 cm.

Sportswear fabric stretch, GSM and moisture-wicking options

Key commercial checks

  • Structure by garment role: Match jerseys, training tops, activewear bases and printed shells to the right knit family.
  • Airflow versus cover: Open-hole jerseys, mini mesh and denser sport-top fabrics should not be treated as one category.
  • Print and finish method: Sublimation, digital print, moisture management and finish packages should be fixed early.
  • Bulk stability: Width consistency, post-wash shape and sewing behavior should be named before quotation.
